LifeCo Therapist Nathan is a registered social worker and therapist specialising in mental health and trauma therapy. With extensive experience in rehabilitation mental health residences, community mental health teams, and family therapy, Nathan has developed a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face in diverse settings. He has also provided contract therapy focused on trauma and grief, further enhancing his expertise in supporting clients through complex life experiences.

Nathan utilises various evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). His personalised approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their stories, build resilience, and work toward their goals.
